What’s the minimum order?
Minimum order is RM1,000 per order. You can mix designs and sizes to reach it.
How much discount do I get?
10%–30% off retail. The exact discount depends on the plush you choose and the quantity, so we give it in your quote.
Can I mix different designs?
Yes. Mix designs, sizes and colours in one order. We’ll price each item in your quote.
Can you add our company logo?
Yes. We can add a gift tag or message card with your logo, and we can make branded plushies too.
Do you make custom plushies?
Yes. We can make plushies in your mascot or logo design, like our ZUS Coffee capybara. Custom orders take longer than ready stock, so tell us your idea and date early.
How long does a bulk order take?
It depends on the designs and quantity. Ready-stock items go out quickly, custom orders take longer. We confirm the timeline in your quote.
Do you deliver outside Klang Valley?
Yes. We deliver to every state in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. Same-day delivery is available in Klang Valley for ready stock.
Do you provide a quotation and invoice?
Yes. You get a quotation before you pay and an invoice with your company name.
How do I pay?
We share the payment details together with your quote.

Yes. Mini plushies and plush keychains make popular door gifts. Tell us your guest count and date, and we’ll suggest designs within your budget.
