Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund via the original payment method.


2. Delivery Location

We currently only deliver to addresses within Malaysia. Any shipments outside of Malaysia are not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed.

Semenanjung Malaysia: 1 - 3 working days
Sabah & Sarawak: 5 - 7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the shipping date, not the order date. While we strive to fulfill all orders within 3 business days, some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and size. To check the exact cost, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.


5. Damaged Items in Transport

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
